Shipping policy

Thailand delivery only

HABIT-TH currently delivers only within Thailand.

Standard delivery costs ฿80 per order. Orders totalling ฿3,000 or more after discounts qualify for free standard delivery.

Orders are normally delivered within three to five business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside HABIT-TH's reasonable control.

Available tracking information will be provided after the order has been handed to the courier.

Delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address and contact information. Please contact HABIT-TH as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed after dispatch.

If a parcel appears delayed, damaged or incorrectly delivered, contact HABIT-TH with the order number and relevant photographs. We will assist with checking the shipment and contacting the courier where necessary.

HABIT-TH is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, unsuccessful delivery attempts or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

Urgent Bangkok delivery

Urgent delivery may be available for selected Bangkok addresses. Customers must contact HABIT-TH through LINE OA before placing or completing an urgent order. Availability and the delivery fee will be confirmed from the courier's quotation at that time.

Urgent delivery is not confirmed until HABIT-TH has accepted the request and the customer has agreed to the quoted delivery fee.

Self-collection

Self-collection is available every day from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM by prior arrangement only. Customers must contact HABIT-TH through LINE OA and receive confirmation before visiting.
