Overview

These Terms of Service apply to the online store operated under the trading name HABIT-TH. Throughout these terms, “HABIT-TH”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the HABIT-TH online store.

By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the store. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer or other law.

Store use

You must provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order or using a customer account. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

You must not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity; interfere with store security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or misuse store content; or violate the rights of HABIT-TH or another person.

Products and availability

We aim to display product descriptions, colours, images, sizes and other information accurately. Actual colours and appearance may vary because of photography, lighting, screens or manufacturing differences.

Products and sizes are subject to availability. Adding a product to a cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities, correct errors or withdraw a product where reasonably necessary.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices are shown in Thai baht unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees and any order-level charges are displayed before an order is completed.

Payment methods available for an order are those shown at checkout. Customers confirm that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. HABIT-TH may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected, or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred. If payment has already been collected for an order that HABIT-TH cancels, the amount collected will be returned using the appropriate available method.

Shipping and collection

HABIT-TH currently delivers only within Thailand. Delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds, estimated delivery periods, urgent Bangkok delivery and self-collection arrangements are described in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Risk and responsibility are handled in accordance with applicable law and the confirmed delivery arrangement.

Exchanges, refunds and final-sale items

Eligible exchanges, product-condition requirements, delivery-cost responsibilities, incorrect or defective products, and final-sale exclusions are described in the Exchange and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Sale and promotional products, confirmed preorders, and opened or used cleaning products may be final sale for change-of-mind purposes as described in that policy. These exclusions do not remove rights or remedies that apply when a product is incorrect, defective or otherwise protected by law.

Promotions

Promotions, discount codes and offers may be subject to separate conditions, availability periods, product exclusions and usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. HABIT-TH may correct or withdraw a promotion affected by an obvious error or misuse.

Intellectual property

The store's layout, original text, graphics, branding and other content owned by HABIT-TH are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party brand names, logos, product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You may use the store only for personal shopping and information purposes. Store content may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially exploited without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers and social platforms. Third parties may apply their own terms and privacy practices. HABIT-TH is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Disclaimers and liability

We aim to keep the store available, secure and accurate, but temporary interruptions, technical issues or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, HABIT-TH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable or caused by matters outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or remedies where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Events outside reasonable control

HABIT-TH is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, natural disaster, government action, network failure or interruption to essential services. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Thailand, without limiting any mandatory consumer right to seek assistance or bring a claim through another forum available under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our store, services or legal obligations. The latest version will be posted on this page with its updated date. Changes apply from publication and do not alter rights already attached to completed orders unless required by law.
